For the last ten years, Pink Polo SA has been a platform for raising awareness for breast cancer in our nation.

The event has united polo in South Africa with a worthy cause, touched thousands of lives and honoured breast cancer survivors. Proceeds generated from ticket sales have made an impact on the lives of those affected by the disease.

Much has changed in the world over the past few months, and as part of a renewed global focus on health, Pink Polo will take place on Saturday 6 February 2021 to align with World Cancer Day.

The event will act as a platform for the fight against cancer while incorporating specific breast cancer initiatives.

Tickets will be available from 1 June 2020.

It was a day of celebrations, riveting polo and fashion at the Pink Polo presented by @biomed_emporium. A decade of polo with a purpose was commemorated on Saturday 9 November when ‘Polo with a Purpose’ returned to Val de Vie Estate, purposefully aligning the Sport of Kings with a worthy cause.

Today was a great celebration with many memorable moments including a pony parade (a first for @valdevieestate), fashion show by @elricozarr and @lamartinapolo, luxury @volvocarsa car display, high-goal polo action and the birthday moment with @katlegomaboe singing “Happy Birthday” while cupcakes and treats were distributed among guests.

Congratulations to Team @hisensesa who were victorious against Team Biomedical Emporium with a score of 6 to 5.
